looks like Im going through some eBay Angst myself now....

I won an Auction for a set of Used Voyager DVDs

All seven seasons in one shot.

The Seller had a really low feedback count so I told him Id pay extra for tracking and insurance, and he said he was happy to add it for the shipping cost.

He was pretty open with the e-mails, but here it is 1 month later and no DVDs, No tracking number, no e-mail replies and now I see hes no longer listed as a registerd user.

Im gonna try the dispute process and see if that either wakes him up or I get some of my cash back...

He only took a Postal MO so that has me worried... but eBay only says I need proof of payment and it cant be through a paypal competitor so maybe Ill get some cash back, but Im not holding my breath... has any one else successfully navigated the dispute process and actually gotten something back from eBay?

Anyone have any dealings with the seller rolyat11? Currently has an "authentic" B-52 patch on ebay, looks very questionable to me.

Ive been with eBay for several years. Ive bought and sold my services/products. I have excellent feedback and have never been scammed. My reasons? I follow my own online eBay tips

#1, Before placing a bid, please make there is a picture being shown. If no picture is shown? I recommend you move on.

#2, If you do not understand the auction? I suggest you contact the seller and ask questions. No question is the wrong one.

#3, Click on sellers ebay rating. If this person offers a poor rating, please move on.

#4, Listen out for any changes stated by the auctioneer in the description they give of the item at the start of bidding. This is a warning sign esp. if the ad has been changed several times.

#5, Always check for fine print at the end of sellers auction.
Some sellers are very good at scamming They will place at the end of the ad, "You agree product comes as shipped." So you receive a broken desk-top. Well, you happened to agree the product came as shipped.
